Hi, I am May Gillespie. With a deeply rooted passion for health and wellness, I offer customized programs that integrate physical fitness, mindset shifts, recovery, and nutrition coaching. My goal is to empower each client to cultivate a balanced lifestyle. Drawing on my knowledge as both a personal trainer and nutritionist, I strive to ensure that my clients reach their physical best while also nourishing their mental health and confidence.

My wellness journey has shaped not only who I am, but also how I support others. I once struggled with anxiety, chronic inflammation, PCOS, and the challenges of restrictive dieting and disordered eating. In chasing quick fixes, I found myself further from true health and balance.
